About the Role

In this role, you will work with maintenance within our production facility, which includes assembly, processing, and packaging machines as well as E-beam sterilization facilities.

This is a unique opportunity to work with and deepen your knowledge of the exciting technology behind linear accelerators, which are used in our sterilization facility, and you will be part of the team that works with maintenance there.

Your main responsibilities include:

• driving efforts to develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain and ensure stable processes on our production equipment
• driving improvement work in your area together with a cross-functional group working on product and machine area development
• developing, testing, improving, and commissioning new and existing machines/processes together with other departments

• documented technical competence and experience in operations and maintenance
• good knowledge of PLC programming

• a high communicative ability, as the role involves being able to communicate confidently, pedagogically, and clearly with people at various levels who have different technical knowledge
